I’m Chandra Kaladhar Vennapusa with eXp Realty. My Issaquah experience includes representing sellers in above-list-price sales and helping buyers complete purchases at different price points. If you are choosing an Issaquah real estate agent, the examples below let you examine my role and the completed result for a specific property.

Issaquah seller results above list price

754 Sunrise Place SW sold for $115,050 above list

I represented the seller of 754 Sunrise Place SW, Issaquah (MLS 2321855). The home was listed at $1,199,950 and closed on May 1, 2025, for $1,315,000. That was $115,050 above list price, approximately 9.59%. My production report records six days on market. That figure describes market exposure before agreement, rather than the time needed to complete closing.

23300 SE Black Nugget Road Unit F-1 sold for $75,050 above list

I represented the seller of 23300 SE Black Nugget Road, Unit F-1, Issaquah (MLS 1778500). Listed at $699,950, the townhome closed on June 30, 2021, for $775,000. The result was $75,050 above list, approximately 10.72%, with five days on market recorded in my production report. My brokerage for this historical transaction was Skyline Properties, Inc.

These sales occurred in different years and involved different properties. Above-list results are useful context, but a list price is a seller’s asking price, rather than an independent valuation. A seller should also evaluate comparable sales, preparation costs, contract terms and expected net proceeds.

Issaquah buyer representation and purchase results

2773 NE Magnolia Street purchased for $40,000 below list

I represented the buyer of 2773 NE Magnolia Street, Issaquah (MLS 2533317). The purchase closed on July 7, 2026, for $1,185,000, compared with the $1,225,000 list price recorded in my production report. That was $40,000 below list, approximately 3.27%. This comparison uses the asking price for MLS 2533317; it does not attribute earlier seller price changes to my negotiation.

22907 SE 52nd Street purchased for $1.91 million

I represented the buyer of 22907 SE 52nd Street, Issaquah (MLS 2530487). The purchase closed on June 29, 2026, for $1,910,000, against an asking price of $1,909,995. This was essentially an at-asking purchase and provides another example of my buyer representation in Issaquah. The purchase price alone does not establish a discount or a multiple-offer win.

What to discuss before selling an Issaquah home

Start with comparable homes that match your property’s type, condition, size and location. Ask how current competing listings affect the pricing recommendation, which preparation expenses are likely to matter, and how offers will be compared beyond the headline price. A useful consultation should leave you with a pricing range, a preparation budget and a clear explanation of the tradeoffs.

What to review before buying in Issaquah

Build your offer around the specific home and your financial limits. Review comparable sales, inspection information, financing needs and the full cost of ownership. For a townhome or condominium, examine association documents, dues, reserves and any assessments. Verify school assignments directly with the district and test travel routes against your own schedule.

Questions about working with Chandra in Issaquah

Does Chandra represent both buyers and sellers?

Yes. The transactions above include two seller-representation examples and two buyer-representation examples. Each identifies my role, the property and the closing result.

Can I expect the same above-list result for my home?

Each sale depends on its property, pricing, terms and market conditions. These are selected historical results, rather than a forecast for another home. A current comparison of your property and competing listings is the starting point.

How can I discuss an Issaquah purchase or sale?

Call (630) 487-6316 or visit my Issaquah real estate service page to discuss your goals and timing.
