When you contact me, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Please do not send Social Security numbers, banking details or confidential transaction documents through the public inquiry form.

How inquiries are used

I use inquiry details to respond and provide the real estate help you request. I do not add website inquiries to marketing email or text campaigns, sell inquiry details or share them for unrelated marketing.

Website services and cookies

This website uses Wix hosting and forms, Google Analytics and a Google Reviews display. Other pages include videos, booking links and third-party tools. These services can process information needed to deliver their features. Cookies and similar technologies may collect browser, device, IP address and page-usage information. This technical processing is separate from how I use your inquiry details.

Storage and retention

Website inquiry records are kept for seven years. Real estate transaction records are handled separately and retained according to applicable requirements. I use secure storage for business information, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
